Ewell Karate Club New Venue
To Students/Parents Some of you are aware that the Cox Lane Centre has been leased out to a private company by the Epsom & Ewell Borough Council. The new company has plans to alter the use of the hall by turning it to a PLAY UNIT for kids.
I was concerned that Epsom & Ewell Karate Club will have to move to another venue. The Council was under obligation to find an alternative venue for the Club. I had asked the Council to give me time to prepare for the move to the new venue by August, but I did not receive a reply.
On Wednesday 14th July a lady from the Council made a visit to the venue while I am away on a course, and Sensei Ian Andrews was informed that the Karate Club will have to vacate Cox Lane Centre by the end of July.
Therefore it is with sad regret to inform you that the Karate Club will continue at
Longmead Day Centre

Ewell

Starting WEDNESDAY 3RD AUGUST at 6pm JUNIORS UNDER TEN and 7pm SENIORS
Therefore the last karate session at COX LANE CENTRE will be WEDNESDAY 27TH JULY 2011 after 24 YEARS at COX LANE CENTRE
